Acquisition: Zacuto Group initially represented a family office engaged in a 1031 exchange, aiming to identify prime investment properties on the West Side of Los Angeles. Drawing upon our extensive knowledge of the area, we successfully assisted our client in acquiring 400 Wilshire Blvd. This acquisition presented an incredible opportunity, with Federal Express and Comerica Bank anchoring the ground floor retail spaces. The second floor was vacant and in need of renovation, allowing our client, who possessed expertise in construction, to capitalize on the property's potential.

Tenant Identification and Customization: Through Zacuto Group’s targeted marketing, we successfully identified Kixie, a fantastic growing company, as the ideal occupant. Zacuto Group facilitated a custom build-to-suit process to meet Kixie's specific needs. By aligning the space with Kixie's requirements, Zacuto Group ensured a long-term lease agreement that would benefit all parties.
