ZG rounds out 2017 with over $24M in Tech/Media/Creative Office focused Tenant Representation with transactions completed from Silicon Beach to the DTLA Arts District and beyond.  Our team is highly versed in Creative Office space and how to best advise companies on the pros, cons and different styles of open plan environments.  Negotiating leases for rapidly growing companies and startups also requires specific expertise and understanding of lease securitization to structure deals that minimize our clients upfront out-of-pocket exposure.
