Jake Zacuto of Stone-Miller successfully completed a lease renewal and expansion negotiation of approx. 10,000 SF on behalf of Dallas, Texas based Law Firm, Thompson Coe.  Since taking occupancy at 12100 Wilshire little over a year ago, the law firm's Los Angeles office has continued to experience success in the growth of its operations.  Thompson Coe has over 150 attorneys in 5 offices.

Robert Robotti of CREX and Jake Zacuto of Stone-Miller have completed the sale of 28955 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California for $5.75m.  The iconic property at the corner of PCH and Kanan-Dume Road was acquired by Trion Properties.

$2.5M Lease Negotiation with Sizzler USA (Corporate)

Jake Zacuto of Stone-Miller successfully completed negotiations, on behalf of Topper Properties, to renew Sizzler USA for 10 years in Los Feliz, CA. The property is located on a hard corner intersection directly at the entrance to Costco.  The transaction represents one of the highest restaurant rents achieved for the area and demonstrates the high value for the location and tenant's long term commitment to the property and community.  Asking Rates at the time were $3.25/SF + NNN.  The transaction was completed close to the asking price.
